RBIL Viewer - version 2.1f - Release Notes
==========================================

Three years after the original 2.1 release there are still no plans
for a new major version of the program. This release is a minor update
which fixes some of the bugs that have been reported since the release
of v2.1d two years ago. Version 2.1f was released only days after the
ill-fated version 2.1e, which introduced more bugs than it fixed. This
version should be much better. Check the Help file for the full list 
of changes.
